How these reviews work
Only account holders who have activated Facet Lab (trial or license) can submit a review, one per account; the label “Customer (license)” or “Trial user” indicates what we observed at the time of submission. Each review is read before publication, usually within two business days: we only refuse abusive or off-topic content, or content containing personal data, and the author is told the reason. We do not edit the text of reviews and give no incentive for submitting them. Reviews are shown from newest to oldest, with the date of the experience and the date of publication; they stay online as long as their author does not remove them (which they can do at any time from their customer area).
Reviews are published in the language in which they were written.
